Des is a London based fashion stylist who began her career in the offices of i-D.
It was not long after, that she was offered a position as freelance assistant to the esteemed fashion director Edward Enninful, working with him on international editorial and advertising campaigns alongside fashion photographers such as Paolo Roversi and Craig McDean.
Des then went on to start building her own fashion credentials by assisting several freelance stylists, enabling her to work with music artists as well as continuing to work on editorial and advertising shoots.
Des was keen to work on a magazine and landed a position as Senior Fashion Assistant at Glamour magazine, she then went on to become the Fashion and Shopping Editor at InStyle magazine, before returning to Glamour as Acting Fashion Editor, she was then appointed Senior Style Editor at Marie Claire, a position she held for several years before embarking on a freelance career.
